We just spoke with Chuck Chesler of Village Office Supply in Norwalk, CT. He is the President of the company and did a podcast with us back in April where he described his opening for Outside Sales Reps. Over the course of the past few months his podcast has been downloaded more than 360 times.
Several job seekers have contacted him after listening to his jobcast. In fact, he brought two of them in for an interview. He hired the second candidate who is now in his 3rd week of training.
Perhaps this jobcasting idea works after all!
