For those of you who rather follow our jobcasts from our YouTube channel we’ve set up a handy YouTube RSS button for you to subscribe with. With one click you can add our feed to your favorite RSS reader.

Our YouTube channel has been a nice success for us generating over 1400 views since launching about 6 weeks ago Every jobcast (as long as they are under 10 min long) gets published on YouTube in order to provide extra exposure for our clients.

We love the Jobacle.com podcast…so much so that we have decided to sponsor their show. Its producer and host is a twenty-something worker bee who dishes out job search advice and sites for job seekers everywhere. It’s lively and entertaining with a growing listenership. Sponsoring other podcasters will help to build our audience here at Jobs in Pods.

At the beginning of each show is a message telling their listeners about Jobs in Pods.

We will be exhibiting at 2 SHRM shows in 2008.

On April 14-16 we will be at the Staffing Management Conference & Expo in Nashville TN.

On June 22-25 we will be at the Annual Conference in Chicago, IL

Today we are announcing a special addition to the Jobs in Pods distribution model. We are now on YouTube.

We’ve set up a Jobs in Pods Channel on the popular video sharing site on which our jobcasts have been transformed into a video. Using the audio from each podcast we add an informational image to the file that describes what you are listening to.

This is a great way to give more exposure to our podcasts. And its another way we’re adding value for our clients.

If you’re on Facebook you can now join our Facebook Group. Members can join and mingle with other jobcast fans and stay up to date on the latest news from the web’s first ever audio job board.

With his first podcast in the books, I’d like to welcome Peter Clayton to our podcasting team. Peter will begin to conduct more interviews as things ramp up here. We have several new clients coming on board in the next few months, including a Fortune 100 Tech company which will be announced shortly.

If you don’t know Peter, he brings a great voice and years of broadcasting experience to the jobcasting industry. You can hear him on his own site at Total Picture Radio where he interviews top business leaders.
