Sprinkling your social media recruiting links

One of our clients is ADP, the payroll company. The other day we noticed the email signatures that their recruiters have. This is a great way to help spread the word about your company’s social media endeavors.

Use it. To not do so is a complete waste of a free marketing tool.

One of the best practices in recruiting with social media is to promote those links to your user base. That means embedding these icons/links/pages wherever you advertise or connect with candidates.

  1. Great idea and we use it however we are always debating the use of the icons (like above) versus links for those who choose not to receive html messages. Not sure there is a simple answer but great to include nonetheless.
